Thank you so much, i was thinking Lynx as a generic name. And only getting a idea that the Lynx is common name and the Oxyopes is the generic name.. thank you so much.. can you share some monograph to identify such spiders..
Indeed it's an Oxyopes sp. (Fam. Oxyopidae), however you should check the genitals (male palp or female epigyne/vulva) under a good stereo microscope if you want to know the species. Most of spiders are impossible to recognize at species level from just a picture. Local checklists can give you a good help to shrink the possibilities but they alone are not enough to get the correct species.
The problem is O. macilentus has not been cited in any relevant taxonomic papers regarding Eastern India and the aspect of the photo does not help to go further. From Chennai so far Peucetia viridana, which is not what we see in the photos, has been recorded.
The spiders, except few families, are venomous. This includes lynx spiders. No lynx spiders are known to be lethal or hazardous though. If you want to, just handle gently, though agile they are quite docile. Not to mention that they extremely important companions in pest management, as they are quite good hunters of arboreal pests.
