For me this looks like a piece of a dasyclad green algae. You might have a look at Flügel, E. (2004) Microfacies of carbonate rocks. Springer, Berlin, p 976.
Cesar is right - without knowing what size it is, it's difficult to say. Could be algal - maybe foram? Though I'm doubtful about the latter.

You might contact Senowari Daryan. He is a specialist in this topic - mostly in triassic, but I think he also knowns about these forms - at least he knows who would know ;-)

I agree it should be a dasyclad alga. There is something very similar on pl. 59, figs. 4-5 (p. 433) of Flügel's (2004) book. It is the genus Mizzia from the Late Permian of Turkey.
Anyway, I also agree that a scale bar is necessary to have idea of the size.

I think it is a well preserved vascular phytoclast (debris of cuticle and plant dissemination ) in case this slide is analysed palynologically and seem to be vitrinite reflectance
It looks to me like a bivalve fragment with extensive bioerosion - perhaps by clionids. The outer layer of a different crystallographic phase would fit that as well.
