It is a foraminifer, Sphaerogypsina.

I agree with Carles: not a bryozoa but a foram!

By the way, you could have a look on the old seminal papers of Professor Jean Cuvillier and his student: Gérard Bignot on Tertiary forams from Egypt.

Really, i think it a kind of incrusting bryozoa over an sphyrical grain.

I am a vertebrate paleontologist. As I was asked about that fossil, I can say that I would not consider it a bryozoan because of its size and  morphology.

whether was it directly flaked from the rock or collected as the method of pollen collection, becasue HF and HCI will rosve any inorganic substance, caco3 or casio4.
