This will be a almost impossible task I'm afraid. Many of the cultivars grown today do not even have names but are simply grown under numbers and there are literally thousands of them. Even if they would look exactly like a named cultivar it still is far from a guarantee that the name is correct. Sometimes new cultivars are only different on duration of flowering or how well they cope with low humidity. Depending on the kind of research you are doing with it I would all list them as Phalaenopsis Hybrid and maybe number and voucher them yourself as future reference. If you really do need the Original names or numbers the best way is to track them back to the source. The original grower will know their names or numbers.
