The pictures were taken in lowland tropical forests of the Tortuguero National Park in Costa Rica. The first might be Hypsiboas rufitelus, the second Oophaga pumilo.
Number 2 is the Strawberry Poison Dart frog or the ‘Blue Jean Frog’ :-)

I think you are right with Hypsiboas rufitelus, you can see it at the red webbing between the fingers.
The second must be Oophaga pumilio.
The third belongs to the Genus Hyla - I am not sure.
