I have working been for the last month on PSO for TSP. But still I didn't get the clear code on PSO for TSP. I have tried with various papers regarding PSO for TSP. But I am facing difficulties in changing the individuals after applying velocity to each position. Please can anybody help me with proving Matlab code on PSO for TSP ?

I do not think that PSO is a good alternative for TSP. That's why you do not find the information.
Besides, TSP is an extremely well known problem and trying to propose something new there is rather difficult (see http://www.math.uwaterloo.ca/tsp/index.html)

I can provide you with the source code of PSO in MATLAB, but you should formulate TSP problem in MATLAB by yourself.

If you only need to solve TSP, I would suggest you to go for a simple greedy heuristics, e.g., 2-Opt or 3-Opt. They are easy to implement and generaly provide relatively good results.
