Goal 1: Promote the integration and complementarity of face-to-face and distance education. Managing the most effective ways of balancing face-to-face and distance education.
Goal 2: Support a diversity of hybrid modes to help learners gets the flexibility in time during the course of learning.
Goal 3: Support and improve the students’ learning outcomes & its Effectiveness and scope of learning in the school level.
Goal 4: Develop the responsibility of learning among the learners, where this study will implicate how to overcome the challenges and drawbacks.
Goal 5: Through this Hybrid classroom the gap within teacher and student would be minimized.
I think it can be used effectively used for providing for individual differences. In a class there are students with diverse needs. Some students need to review prerequisites and others need to be challenged by rich tasks. The teacher after an evaluation can provide for these by recommending videos appropriate for them. There is a wealth of videos on Youtube and other resources on internet. It will encourage students to learn on their own.
@Meredith Susan Thomas. Any of these topics given by Meredith could be undertaken to examine effectiveness of hybrid teaching/learning. I recommend them.
There are some studies already carried out in hybrid mode of teaching, please access them in the internet and get some guidelines related to yours. God bless
Hybrid learning is a mechanism modulated to recover lost learning forgotten learning .so any literature on blended learning approaches may guide as well .it also worked for us time we reopened schools after 2year lock down
