Do you know conditions and 1 simple column to analyze isomers iC11-iC22? If you have a huge number of isomers, you can analyze using GCxGC but, what about a long analysis at low temperature using HP-Pona? or another special column to analyze maybe 500 compounds iC11-iC22 with a similar time retention?

A capillary column with a non-polar phase will separate many isomers, but possibly not all . Typical real problems in this area are to identify all of the isomers present in insect cuticular hydrocarbons. The insects synthesize them using isoprene units, and therefore there are distinct patterns that result. These patterns in insects mean that, for example, a natural C17 backbone hydrocarbon might have methyl branches at carbon 3-, or 5-, or 7- position, but not elsewhere, and never 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-. I published several papers in the Journal of Chemical Ecology on this topic in the 1980s, and how to interpret the mass spectra with the help of GC retention times. You must use both to get reliable, correct answers of where the methyl branches are, and are not likely to be found.
Your question is too general. What kinds of isomers are you expecting to find, and in what kind of a system? Natural plant hydrocarbons and insect hydrocarbons have been studied in detail.

It is a general non-polar column, and can work even at elevated temperatures (upto 673K).
I assume the non-polar column works well. I still do not have any idea what kind of compounds you have. Natural products? Synthetic? Oil well samples? What do the analytical standards you have injected look like with this column. normal-C10 to C25? Then your samples superimposed on the standards.
