I am trying to construct narratives for a narrative explanation study according to the methodology proposed by Van de Ven and Poole (2000). I am relying on secondary data alone to create the narratives. However, I am confused regarding the temporal order of certain events. For instance, the order of incidence of naming the project, the make or buy decision, etc. These events seemed to have happened around the same time, but I can't pinpoint the exact date or order. Will that be a problem if I am following this methodology?
