Can anyone help with incorporating ZinC Oxide NP dispersion into film-forming solution?

Hello,

I need help to incorporate Zinc Oxide NP dispersion into the film forming solution (nano cellulose solution and hot PVA ( Polyvinyl alcohol) solution) . In the experiment, I realized that adding the ZnO NP to the hot mixture will cause the whole mixture to aggregate; and the aggregation reaction is very rapid. How can you assist me in order to incorporate this antimicrobial NP in my film forming solution with hot PVA?

first disperse your ZnO NP with small quantity of cold PVA sol and then add the sol to the mixture of film. you can compensate the added PVA and required PVA simply by subtracting.
