Dear all, I'm facing a huge problem in my thesis word file. I suddenly found that the citations I added using Mendeley are all changed to other citations that are used previously in another document. For example if I cited (Ingy, 2020) I found that it changed to (Ahmed, 1990) this happened to the whole document, meaning that I lost my accurate references. Does anyone know why this happened? Also, can anyone help me how to return my previous accurate citations to fix this problem.
