Can anyone help me with installing BEAGLE library for MrBayes in ubuntu 18.04? I am having problems with installation of prerequisites?

I have already installed cuda drivers.

I have installed these:

$ brew install libtool autoconf automake

I am unable to install pkg-config and openjdk-9-jdk.

Can anyone help me with this?
