when I want to input a protein file in terminal, I encounter this error
"File '1AKI_clean.pdb' does not exist or is not accessible." but i have this pdb file on my macbook
in the next line i have this error:
" The file could not be opened.
Reason: No such file or directory
(call to fopen() returned error code 2) "
what should I do?

I think you have to add ".pdb" file in your working directory.

I think you are not in the same directory as your pdb, so you should navigate to the pdb file's directory in the terminal, or simply open the terminal in that folder or directory.
