The area under the curve is your enthalpy of fusion. To evaluate the crystallinity of your sample you need to compare the enthalpy of your sample to the enthalpy of the completely crystalline polymer. Thus, Degree of crystallinity =( ∆H sample/∆H Pure crystalline) × 100%. This is the percentage of crystallinity in your sample.
