What kind of reference electrode you are using?
You have to clean the platinum electrode befor depositing the polyaniline: mechanical or chemical with HNO3 and electrochemical by cycling the platinum in 1 M H2SO4 from -0.2 V to 1.5 V vs. RHE until you get a typical platinum CV.
The solution for deposition should be rinsed with argon or nitrogen. And it's useful to have a cell with separated compartments for the working and the counter electrode.
Maybe it's a good way to check out how to deposit the ppolyaniline and in a second step to deposit CNT and Polyaniline....
