Both are spider mites (Family Tetranychidae). It is a male guarding a female nymph and waiting for her moult for mating. It is better for identification to make slides. Probably it is Eutetranychus orientalis, a common spider mite pest of citrus.
By the way, Iam wandering about mites of Emirates. How many people (acarologists) are out there in the UAE.

the same are in central nerve of the plant , just to tell you those citrus trees waren't treated.if you look well , you will see it's(female as you said ) the same in the first picture.
