I found this cultivated plant as an ornamental plant in the campus of my university, I am unable to recognize it. Please help me to identify it. Its fruit seem to possess dying property.
Bassella alba ( Ceylon, Baselle, Epinard) is an annual garden plant with vines Twining, climbing, cordate, reddish and fleshy, 2 meters high. The heart leaves are elliptical, sometimes smeared; they are fleshy, succulent, mucilaginous. Flowers axillary, greenish or pink spikes. The fruit, black or purple contains oil seeds.

It's kind of Basselaceae family. Boussingaultia probably B. cordifolia ( = B. gracillis , B. basseloides ) . There are other nomenclatural combinations: Bassela basseloides , Anredera cordifolia .
