Can anyone help me how to convert UAVSAR format of SAR image in to POLSARPRO format??

I am using MapReady v.3.1.22

My computer have Windows 7 as operative system.

I need convert UAVSAR data to PolSARPro and I Can´t do it.

I am using MapReady as administrator and I have files .ann and .grd together in an exercise carpet.

I can convert UAVSAR data to geotiff, but I cant convert to polsarpro.

Mapready shows a warning message: "No sampling to byte values permitted when exporting data to PolsarPro format. Defaulting to no sampling"

and an error message: "Export format POLSARPRO requires the same format as input format"

What's I am doing wrong??
