We do protein purification by classical methods such as salting-out, gelfiltration and ion-exchange. We have the resin for all of these. Our laboratory is not well equiped but at least will enable us to do these techniques.
What's your protein specificity? did you try classical methods to start with? I can try to help but I should have the capacity to do what you want. In my laboratory, in Sudan, we do all the purification steps, we also prepare the affinity matrices in the laboratory (we don't buy from any chemical company). At present we have:
Mannose-agarose
Guar gum
Galactose agarose
N-acetylgalactosamine
N-acetylglucosamine
Fetuin-agarose
In which all (except fetuin-agarose) prepared in our laboratory.
