yes, it is certainly some species of Rumex - it is well visible from the photos. For precise identification of the species it would be necessary to have some details, e.g. how the lower leaves (leaf rosette) look like (when available in the time of flowering/fruiting), very detailed photos of fruits (made with the use of dissection microscope), etc. Probably the best choise would be if you now take some local flora or identification key and try to check the characteristics of particular species. You may need lens or dissection microscope but it is still more easy way than to take the photos of fruits in very high quality and wait if somebody will identify the species exactly.
