I don't see any disease in ur picture, i think it's just a physiological disorder.

Due to long-term storage in cold condtion, the seeds of strawberry became vernalized and started to germination early than normal.

Yes, It's not a disease caused by a pest.The seeds had conditions which speed up the seed germination.

I've this question also. The replies showed that it's a physiological disorder called "Phyllody"  which carpels come back to leaf shape. In the most references , a type of phytoplasma known as pathologic factor but  some herbicides, especially glyphosate, causes this  symptom.
