I have tried aqua regia, its showing very less grain boundaries. What else should i work with?
I have worked with that allow and had bit of trouble with etchants. Only one that consistently worked is a 3:2:1 HCl :H2O: HNO3 mixture. It may etch very quickly, If it is too strong add more water.
