See chapters 14,15. It is not exactly about patches, but it should give you an idea what happens when you load an antenna with anisotropic μ or ε material.

Sir do u know how magnetic bias is applied to ferrite substrate? I have read that by changing the biasing, resonance can be changed, is it possible?

Yes, the resonance is changed. I would recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/Magnetization-Oscillations-Waves-Alexander-Gurevich/dp/0849394600. It is a good assembly of ferromagnetic wisdom of former generations.

But we are not working with resonance in general in wideband and radiating ferrite devices. High frequency anisotropic components of permeability tensor are varied in biasing field, which give us all the wonderful spatio-temporal effects in ferrites. Please read the chapters above throughly, and refer to the latter Gurevich book for details.

I would suggest to Consult the papers by D M Pozar (6-7 papers, 1985-1995), Volakis (2-3 paper, 1990's) and S. K. Chatterjee & J S Chatterjee (1988-1996) for theoretical understanding and experimental setup.
