there are several reasins for this.

1-It can be for not minimization ligands and receptor before docking.

2- may be you didnt uses charges for receptor.I recommand you to use autodock vina and add kollman charge.

3- if you did them correctly it can be another reason that your binding site is not in metal ions and there is no affinity for binding in them. use another actve sites that can be found in molegro and castp softwares.
