Genetic stability by using marker.

hi ankit,

m confuse here you want to check genetic stability or genetic fidelity

what i think in your case since you use tissue culture technique i.e micropropagation you need to check genetic fidelity instead of genetic stability.

Since SCOT marker target genic region we prefer SCOT but you can not draw complete conclusion on the basis of SCOT marker only
