I am working on my Masters thesis and I am planning to study HR processes in developing, organising and implementing corporate training activities as well as the barriers that they face. Is there any study that I could refer to that has a sample of the interview questions used that I could refer to as a guide?
Yadapadithaya used questionnaires instead of interviews, but the questions should help to guide your research design. Attached is a comparative study of corporate T&D policies and practices in Britain and India.

- Why are you quitting your current job?
- What software tools and platforms did you use in your last job?
- On a scale of one to five, how proficient are you in this technology?
A structured interview refers to a quantitative research where the interviewer prepare and ask prepared closed-ended questions. The more structured questions, the more job-related answers. If interviewers ask unstructured questions, it is difficult to predict job performance.
