For me. it is defintely not cranberry, which I know from collecting the in peat bogs in Michigan, USA. The apparently thin leaves and thin-walled fruits in umbels rule out the Lauraceae.
Sorry, Prince Godson and Arvind, The plant in the photo is not Prunus nor any other Rosaceae. There is no sign of an hypanthium (sine qua non for Rosaceae); the inflorescence is an umbel, not a raceme like the Mexican and Central American, cultivated, "capulín" (Prunus serotina subsp. capuli McVaugh) has.
For me the plant in the photo is from your territory, not mine (Mexico).
