Can anybody suggest a better server configuration for numerical simulation of heat transfer?

I Need to run a Fortran code to solve Three 500 x 500 matrix system in one time iteration and the total iterations goes up to 80000. For a funded project, I need to set up a computational lab for the above simulations. I would like to get your useful suggestions in this information.
