I am working on ground beetles and our organisation try to make a collection of carabidae for study.
It is our pleasure if some body can sending to us some material.
We can sending to you Some Iranian material too.
Are you interested in Carabidae from your country, or from elsewhere?

Thank you for attention. about Iranian species we have a good collection, not all but we can try to collecting and complete it. If you can sending to us any species from Iran or from elsewhere it is our pleasure. We can study on other non-Iranian species and improve our knowledge.
I myself am interested in Buprestidae, so I have only rather accidental material of other families, mainly from Poland and Hungary - if you are interested, please send me (preferably through e-mail - my address is [email protected]) your postal address, so I can try (not very soon: for the moment I have neither time to select the specimens nor money to send them - perhaps in January) arrange the parcel for you.

Do you want beetles that are pinned, or in what condition?
Would there be a problem with simpling mailing them? Is there no permit required?
I could send some from Idaho, that are not identified except to family.

about beetles it is no problem with they are pinned or maintained in alcohol or etc. it is important I receive them in good condition.

Please post your precise mailing address so I and others will know how to address these packages. If Iran requires no import permit, I'm sure I don't need a permit to mail them to you.
Normally permit doesn't need for insects.
