This plant (herbs) grows on the creek/river bed of mangrove forest (Sundarbans). Local name is "Chargada". Deers usually eat this herbs. Please see the picture in the attachment.
It is very difficult to identify a plant without reproductive structures. Moreover, picture quality is also poor. Please use the attached source in identification of this plant species.

The above plant is Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb. of the Amaranthaceae family. This plant species is commonly known as “Alligator weed”. It is listed as an invasive alien weed in Bangladesh.
