I want to know a software regarding the climate change analysis. Because this is for my research of MSc water resources engineering and management. I referred several articles regarding climate change studies, and I found much more important details from those, but still I did not found any kind of GUI based software for it.

Can you checkout the "SDSM statistical downscaling model" i.e. http://co-public.lboro.ac.uk/cocwd/SDSM/index.html .
There are also packages in R that can help with downscaling, for example; esd, hyfo, CDFt, clim.pact

I heard about DIVA Gis for climatic data provision and analysis. That may be helpful to your research.
Go for SDSM 4.2 (or 5.2 if you have strong expertise in the climate of your research area). You can also downscale some exotic climate events.
You can use some statistical downscaling methods like LARS-WG and SDSM.
