There are few issues that MNCs faced in the selection of employee such as finding individual with technical ability, cross-cultural suitability, family requirements, country-cultural requirements, MNE/MNCs requirements and also language.
What I have to select a specific MNC the name of the company I needed to work on.
Perhaps a good case could be SAP SE (Walldorf, Germany), which is one of the largest software companies in the world and has management computing products for both public and private organizations.
