Depending of solution concentration and deposition parameters of PEDOT:PSS the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS changes from poorly conducting to highly conducting film. I want to know how much conductivity is helpful for resistive switching and hole transport layer in a solar cell.
PEDOT:PSS is used as hole transport layer and its dark and photo conductivity values affect efficiency of organic solar cells.
electrical conductivity of thin film should be in range 300-800 S cm−1.

Resistive switching depends on change of the state of the material from high resistance state to low Resistance sate as the applied voltage increases and the device will have an S shaped I-V curve. This can be achieved by changing the crystallinty of the material from nearly amorphous to crystalline by formation of melting filament across the material. In order to have low ohmic state, one has to start with high doping but amorphous material.
As for the hole transport layer the material must have the lowest possible resistance by utilizing high doping concentration and relatively large grains.
