I want suitable media for pollen tube germination of Brassica napus? I tried many media and it was not good for grmination. Also, at any stage of flowering it is better to collect pollen grain for pollen tube germination?

Any buffer solution with neutrtal pH and glucose or sucrose (2%) will do
