We are doing Parallel Rotor Speed and Stator Resistance Estimation using MRAS Scheme for Space Vector Modulation based Direct Torque Control (DTC-SVM) of an Induction motor drive at low speed operations. In this method we need to see the drive performance under variable stator resistance conditions. Where we need to vary the stator resistance (either in the Resistance Estimation block or in the Induction Machine model) for MATLAB/SIMULATION? Please suggest me.

In the simulation it is all the same, your MRAS scheme should correctly estimate the resistance if it is detuned in the estimator, or in the drive. From the point of estimator response, there is no difference how do you detune the Rs, it should always converge to the actual Rs value in the IM model.
Thank you very much sir for your response. In our model we are varying the resistance in the IM model for MRAS Stator Resistance estimation.
