Please suggest some good and latest topics for Phd in wireless sensor network.
All suggestions are welcome ,please suggest along with link to papers.
You can do PhD level research in any of the topics mentioned above ... but it depends on what you do .... PhD level research needs novel contribution in the filed .. You can take any one of the field mentioned by you start doing literature survey ..... do research and think of the novel contribution which you can make .... implement the ideas and try to create new knowledge base in that area. that will qualify for a PhD work.
Internet of things with WSN ...good topic ... even you may work on security aspects of WSN ..... All the three different filed mentioned by you are very promising for PhD level research... Hope it helps....

Today the main problem with WSN is the autonomy of nodes, work in energy conservation protocol may be interesting.
