I have some varieties and there performance in relation to the yield and contributing character are varrying across th location and season. Canany one suggest free and best software for cropyield stability analysis?
We are using the Open FOAM software for simulating different phenomena of the extrusion process. It is an open source software and very suitable for fluid simulation.
Although I've never used that for another material except for Polymers, I think it works for your scope.
"GEA-R" software, released by CIMMYT, will be the best option for you to carry on your stability analysis. It also provides the opportunity to use the "GGE biplot" software. You can also use "plantbreeding" and "agricolae" package in R software to analysis different stability models.
