These and other sites I used myself. As you know, almost all websites are lacking feedback, so from my experience a conversation partner, who you can practise your English with, is essential. But these and other websites can widen your language spectrum.

Can any one of you suggest The websites to learn English fluently?
Personally for me I think Google is one stop shop website to learn English. Reason being:
I can find the meaning, synonyms, antonyms, spelling, pronounciation etc. of an English vocabulary through Google search.
I can check the grammar of my English sentences through Google search.
I can learn how to translate foreign language text into English text or speech through Google Translate & vice-versa (note: sometimes need to use more than one means to triangulate for better accuracy).
In addition to suggestions already provided, you may also see the software developed by Rossetta Stone (google it out please). It is not free though. In addition, you can learn english by "immersion", I mean you may train your ears to listen to newscasts in English, watch movies with english sub-titles and read news in English by carefully looking at sentence structure and vocabulary. It is a continuous process and you can learn quickly if you consistently practice it everyday. Hope it helps.
I do agree that Google is one stop shop website to learn English. Cyberspace is vital in enhancing language skills in the present day world. Net-work based language teaching(NBLT) is interesting in learning a second language now especially in vocabulary development.
