Albendazole is insoluble in water. I tried 1% DMSO, 0.5 %Tween 20, in combination of both. Even it is soluble in some acids like formic acid and acetic acid those are toxic for worms. so, I want a solvent were the drug should be dissolved at the same time nontoxic.
Don't take 1% DMSO, take other solvents with Tween 20 and heat that till it dissolve then use
and Try to avoid DMSO, try other solvents because DMSO has it own paralyzing effect, so it will not help to calculate activity.
what ever the solvents i am using i am keeping it as control i didn't found any sort of paralysis at 1% DMSO conc
But reviewer will not accept your study as DMSO create problem in accessing data, and it is soluble in DMSO, I don't know why you are facing problem. try to increase the concentration of DMSO but problem I discussed above will there.
