Can any one help me how to draw standard curve for proline ?

I use 0.5gm plant sample follwed byy grinding with 10 ml of 3% sulfosalycycli acid, added 2 ml of glacial acid followed by 2 ml of ninhydrin reagent, kept for 1 hour at water bath after that reaction was stop be keeping the sample at ice cube. then added 4 ml of toulene, the absorbance was check on spectrometer, but i m confused now how to make a standerd curve fro proline?
