This article is very useful. It gives a very good general idea about these algorithms. However, I still need a specific comparison that should be related to the linear antenna synthesizing. Moreover, I need a tool ( software or Matlab code ) that may help me to understand the differences more.

I know something about PSO & GA but I don't know anything about antenna synthesis

Thanks Haidar for your answer. The articles you mentioned are very useful. I really appreciate your help. I have contacted the authors but no one of them has replied to my emails. My issue is to find some standard codes or softwares to apply my work on them and make a comparison between my work and the others work.

Thanks Amin for your help. However, I could not find the Matlab codes for the PSO or the GA algorithms. All what want to is to compare between them. Also, I do not have any of the Matlab toolboxes ( Phased array & Global optimization Matlab boxes)
