I am fusing Q-RNG and T-RNG to have the randomness and exact statistics.
You can provide us with examples of using your code to see its 'scores'!

If you say an 'ideal', 'true' random number to created with 'exact' statistics you can achieve that but with a data set, looking at axioms of probability, I doubt it. if you have created a random data set, mind you it wasn't 'randomly generated' rather created.
In respect of statistics and statistical properties one can talk about convergence in a certain defined sense and never be sure.
I am working on fusing TRNG and QRNG to observe both randomness and exact statistics. Earliest tests using some of the standard tests show positive results. And, yes I do generate QRNG but sort is using a TRNG.

In our recently supported project, we will observe sun radiations as a natural source of random samples, similar to www.random.org or others. But, we would like to share our data for your randomness tests. Those data will have (almost) exact statistics like, mean, variance and higher order moments. Best.
