Can agriculture without fertilizer use depend on what the soil contains for a certain period and obtain a particular production and what are the methods for obtaining good production without fertilization?

the answer for your question depends on the type of soil and the growing crop. fertile soil like the one in the valley may support the growth of the crop for some time and the yield will be obtained but probably not at economical level. in case of poor soil such as sandy soil, the plants may not be able to complete their life cycles and may not produce any yield. so you have to determine which soil type for which crop.
