In Li2O-SiO2 glass system a solidus line lies at 1033 deg C between lithium metasilicate + lithium disilicate (S) and lithium metasilicate + liquid (S+L). Can this solidus line be lowered to around 800 deg C by addition of different glass modifier (K2O, Li2O) and intermediate oxide (Al2O3)?

To get to a solidus of 800°C you either need a lot of alkalis or additional components such as B2O3 and PbO. This is a typical problem of enamelling, which has been solved for centuries with different compositions. The greatest difficulty here is to maintain the sufficient corrosion resistance of the glass, since all enamels and glazes that have a melting range of 800°C are problematic in terms of corrosion resistance.
