If a system can exchange energy at any rate than it can exchange any amount of energy at a time equal to zero which is in contradiction to the principle of relativity evitating infinities. So in other ways what is the rate of exchanging energy between systems?
the system cannot exchange energy at any rate, because the fastest energy exchange is possible at finite and actually quite low speed of light. The energy/information exchange cannot be faster than this. For this reason, your further reasoning is not correct.

If there is a minimum rate than: Minrate= Force x speed of light=universal constant so delta(momentum)= universal constant of force xdelta (time) and from the principle of uncertainty the delta(time) should be superior than an universal constant . So there is universal constants of time, length and energy which can be considered as a meshing of space-time and by this means we can unify General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics together.
