I like your questionnaire. I have one comment: in some countries, there is no security staff at Universities (and at other schools). Also, there are no metal detectors in schools... In fact, when I see metal detector at the entrance of the school, it creates the opposite - not the feeling of safety, but the feeling of concern "if we need this, there must be a reason for it"...

I wish you plenty interesting answers and amazing findings in your research...

I agree many universities have no security staff, but as the aim of the study to to look at the difference between different countries, and our prior research in countries across europe, asia and the americas showed a large number of universities with security, especially where terrorism is a concern.

Done. There is a big difference between the graduate student experience and undergraduate student experience in some aspects at my university (e.g., class sizes). I answered from my perspective as a graduate student.
