*Colorectal (and General Surgery) Literature, Evidence-bAsed Recommendations and Compliance Barriers (CLEAR) study*

Dear Colleague,

The Italian Society for Endoscopic Surgery and New Technologies (SICE) is conducting a survey to examine the adoption of certain techniques in Colorectal and General Surgery. These techniques are supported by a robust evidence in the literature and/or recommended by guidelines from surgical societies. The aim is to assess their actual implementation in clinical practice and identify potential barriers to their use.

*Respondents who complete all steps of the process will be listed as collaborators (PubMed-citable) in the resulting publications.*

Participants must be general surgeons or trainees (residents) in general surgery.

The deadline for completing the questionnaire is 30th January 2025.
