Overview

The International Journal of Organizational & Collective Intelligence (IJOCI) invites submissions for a special issue focused on "AI Change Management in Healthcare: Organizational Transformation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence." This special issue aims to explore the challenges, strategies, and best practices for managing organizational change driven by AI implementation specifically within healthcare institutions, systems, and services.

As AI technologies rapidly transform clinical decision-making, patient care delivery, administrative processes, and healthcare operations, organizations face unprecedented challenges in managing the transition to AI-augmented healthcare. This special issue seeks to advance theoretical understanding and practical knowledge in the emerging field of healthcare-specific AI change management, with particular attention to organizational, clinical, ethical, and technical dimensions of AI-driven transformations in the healthcare sector.

Submission Guidelines
