I am excited to share with you an opportunity to contribute to an upcoming book titled "Philosophically (Re)Imagining Educational Leadership in the Age of Connectivity and 4IR: Shaping the Future of Education in a Hyperconnected World", to be published by Springer-Palgrave Macmillan. This book, edited by Prof. Doniwen Pietersen, Dr. Dean Langeveldt, and Dr. Elson Davison Khambule, aims to explore the intersection of educational leadership and advanced technologies within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
The book seeks to provide a comprehensive philosophical exploration of transformative leadership practices in education, addressing the ethical, innovative, and humanistic challenges posed by 4IR technologies. We welcome chapters on a variety of themes, including but not limited to:

We encourage contributions that are either conceptual or empirical in nature. Theoretical explorations, philosophical reflections, and literature reviews are welcome alongside research-based chapters featuring empirical data, case studies, or practical applications.
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstract and Affiliation: A concise summary of the chapter (250-300 words), including your affiliation and the key theme or chapter focus.
- Chapters: Contributions should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words, including references. Shorter contributions (3,000-5,000 words) focusing on specific themes or practical insights are also welcome.
- Formatting: APA 7th edition guidelines must be followed.
