Professor Bertha Z. Osei-Hwedie (GIMPA, Ghana) and Dr. R Srinivasan (Praghna Centre for Research) propose to bring out an edited book that deals with Africa from contemporary geopolitics, security and societal aspects. The book project aims to present a comprehensive assessment of Africa's challenges in its aspiration to emerge as a global player. The concept note calling for book chapters is annexed.
Original contributions from scholars from within and outside Africa dealings with subjects of interests to the editors is requested. The book is scheduled for publication by end-November 2023.
